Three topics in current rotation
Topic 1
Your brain may have started saying goodbye fifteen years ago — and for the first time, we can see it. This talk lays out what the new generation of blood biomarkers (p-tau217 and others) can and cannot tell you, which everyday behaviours are quietly accelerating cognitive decline, and which choices actually build cognitive reserve.
Complex neuroscience, translated into decisions a non-clinician can act on this week. You leave knowing where you stand — and what the next step is.
Topic 2
Over four million people in Taiwan report a sleep problem. Most of them are solving the wrong one. They aren't unable to sleep. Their brain hasn't been given permission to switch off. This talk takes apart sleep into three signals — cortisol, light, and core temperature — and gives a small number of high-leverage interventions for each.
Particularly suited to teams under chronic cognitive load. The point isn't earlier bedtimes — it's giving the body back its switch-off capacity.
Topic 3
Longevity technology is outrunning most people's planning. Extended lifespan without extended healthspan is just extended suffering. The talk uses the three predictable cliffs of mid-life — 44, 60, 78 — to lay out what evidence-based pre-emption actually looks like. No willpower; no purity culture; a clinical map.
The most-requested talk this year, particularly with senior leadership groups and audiences thinking about how they want the next decade to look.

What hosts have said
She translated dense clinical material into something everyone in the room could use. The Q&A ran longer than any health talk we've ever hosted.
Corporate health day organiser
Financial services
Our audience runs from forty to seventy. She left each of them with three things to do on Monday morning. That is not common.
Service-club programme lead
Rotary · lunchtime meeting
We've hosted a lot of health speakers. She is one of the very few who keeps both the academic depth and the warmth in the room. The 9S section in the second half let the audience see longevity as something they can actually take charge of.
